Creamy Horseradish Sauce
A sauce to complement Salmon-wrapped Asparagus appetizers.
Instructions:
Wrap a piece of smoked salmon around each stalk of asparagus. Use two or three pieces if the stalks are thin.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons Creamy Horseradish Sauce on each plate or an equivalent amount per serving on a platter.
Secure each wrap with a toothpick or rosemary stem and place on top of the sauce.
