- ½ cup prepared horseradish (store-bought or prepared at home)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
To prepare horseradish from a fresh root, combine ½ cup peeled and cubed horseradish root with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, 2 pinches salt and a pinch of sugar. Pulse in a food processor until finely chopped. Make sure to have good ventilation when doing this step!
Whisk prepared horseradish, sour cream and mayonnaise together with a fork.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
