Jennifer Maffett is a writer, artist and real-food advocate. She is a transplant from the bustling DC/Northern Virginia suburb but thrived as a farmer (with her husband) for 15 years in New York's Finger Lakes region. She is now putting down new roots in Down East Maine and learning to grow food coastal style.
