- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce St-Germain
- 3 ounces Blind Tiger Sidecar spirit-free cocktail
- ½ ounce rosemary cinnamon clove syrup *
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with rosemary and a dried orange slice.
* Syrup instructions: In a pot, add ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon whole cloves and 2—3 sprigs of rosemary. Slightly muddle to release rosemary oils. Add ½ cup water and place on medium heat, stirring until sugar has completely dissolved. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
