Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Serving(s)
  • 3 frozen sweet cherries, partially thawed
  • 4–5 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1 ounce ginger simple syrup
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling water

Preparation

Add the cherries, mint, ginger simple syrup and lime juice to an old-fashioned glass and muddle. Add ice. Finish with sparkling water. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

I don’t mind the muddled mint or cherries in my drink. But if you prefer your drink without the muddled fruit, add the cherries, mint, ginger simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker or large glass and muddle. Strain into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. Finish with sparkling water. Give a gentle stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
