Part 1: Sun
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups orange juice
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (or ½ inch fresh root)
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder (or ½ inch fresh root)
Part 2: Moon
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Place all ingredients from Part 1 into a high-powered blender, blending until smooth. Divide Part 1 evenly between four glasses. Clean the pitcher thoroughly. Place all ingredients from Part 2 into the high-powered blender, blending until smooth. Pouring gently over the back of a spoon, top each of the four glasses with Part 2, divided evenly. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
Note: To create a frozen cocktail from this eclipse smoothie, add a bit of rum or tequila to Part 1 (Sun), and triple sec to Part 2 (Moon).
