- 1 can oil-packed tuna, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove of garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Instructions:
Pulse tuna, mayonnaise, salt, garlic and capers in a food processor until creamy.
Drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice and process until very smooth.
