Cream Cheese Pastry Pinwheels with Orange Marmalade
Marmalade makes a great topping for cheese, especially brie. It is also a natural (and easy) filling for a dough made with cheese. For an extra special treat, make your own marmalade.
1. Pulse fruit and carrots in a food processor in batches.
2. Mix sugar, fruit and carrots in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring frequently, until ingredients soften.
3. Ladle into warmed jelly jars while the mixture is still warm.
