Fungi, Feasting and Foraging
Join mushroom hunter and chef, Garrett Taylor, Shiitake mushroom farmer, Steve Rockcastle, and plant forager extraordinaire, Harold Reynolds, on a culinary adventure. Chef Taylor will provide a sampling of wild and cultivated mushrooms, plants and farm products while participants enjoy lunch overlooking the pastoral landscape. The afternoon finishes with a walking tour of the mushroom yard.
