Jeffrey Victor

Dr. Jeffrey Victor taught sociology courses at Jamestown Community College for fifty-two years before retiring. His wife Michele was raised in France, where they met. They have lived in Jamestown, NY, since 1965. Jeffrey enjoys writing articles and gardening.
