SnapDragon and RubyFrost apples were developed after more than a decade of research by Dr. Susan Brown, a Cornell University professor at the School of Integrative Plant Science who leads Cornell’s renowned apple breeding program. Adapted for cold New York winters and hot summers both varieties have beautiful color on the outside and a deliciously firm and juicy texture on the inside.

SnapDragon apples have a spicy-sweet flavor with a hint of vanilla and a monster crunch that leave you feeling satisfied and energized. They are a perfect snack to take on an adventure or for an afternoon energy boost.
