Edible Western NY & Erie Lakeshore’s publisher is retiring and the license for this beloved magazine is now available. Yet there are many more stories still to share!

Celebrating Food and Community

Launched in 2017, Edible Western NY & Erie Lakeshore explores local foods from Albion, NY, to Edinboro, PA, along with the people who grow, produce, prepare and serve them. As an independently owned, regional publication, the magazine offers insight into where our food comes from through the personal stories of local farmers, food artisans, craft beverage makers, home cooks and aspiring chefs.

The publication is also a member of Edible Communities Inc. and embraces the mission shared by more than 75 associated publications across the U.S. and Canada to connect food lovers to the best resources they can find in their own neighborhoods. Together, we believe that locally sourced, sustainably produced food matters to our health, to our lives, to our communities and to the future of the world around us.
