Born and raised in western New York, Zoë Burdo currently lives in London, England.

Zoë graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio followed by the Cass Business School in London. A passionate advocate of clean and sustainable food, farm-to-table cooking and supporting local economic growth, Zoë enjoys travelling and exploring international cuisine and cultures around the world. She works as an actuarial consultant.
