Sarah Schneider

A born vegetarian, Sarah moved back to Buffalo and started merge restaurant in 2009. In her search for better food, she has developed relationships with farmers across WNY while starting three organic gardens. Sarah and her husband, Matthew, happily raise a hen house of hardy ladies in the city and enjoy their eggs alongside the produce the couple grows and finds at local markets.
