Why We Love It: From its humble beginnings in 1982 as a small pizzeria and Italian restaurant set up in an old service station about ¼ mile from Chautauqua Institution’s Main Gate entrance, Andriaccio’s has been a staple for year-round residents and seasonal visitors to Chautauqua Lake. Signed celebrity photos indicate its popularity, but the quality and flavor of the food, especially the white pizza, brings us back.
Over the years, the restaurant has expanded and with a recent remodel now includes a take-out area, elegant restaurant and patio dining in season reflecting three generations of the Andriaccio family. The restaurant features old world Italian recipes while keeping up with changing food trends and healthier choices including gluten free options. They take pride in offering local produce in season, growing their own fresh organic herbs.
Planning a wedding or big event? Andriaccio’s has plenty of experience catering and personalizing events of various types and sizes and is the official caterer of the Chautauqua Golf Club.
