At the Table: Our Changing Relationship with Food
Join Chautauqua Institution, August 20-25, 2017 to celebrate the bounty of the region with a week-long food, craft beverage and entertainment festival featuring daily culinary events from cooking demonstrations and competitions to tastings prepared by regional restaurants, farms, wineries, breweries, and renowned speakers from the culinary world. Each day highlights food in a different way from a family BBQ to a five course tasting menu with wine pairings. Food Truck Rodeo takes place on Wednesday. Friday evening head to Miller Park for a lakeside clambake and beer garden. See the full schedule.
