Celebrate monarch butterflies at the Audubon Community Nature Center's annual festival. The highlight of the festival is room filled with free-flying monarchs. You can feed them or wander over to see how citizen scientists tag the butterflies to track their migration to Mexico. Enjoy their life cycle as you examine monarch eggs and hold caterpillars. Go outside and use an insect net to catch insects. Scouts can even earn a patch.
